What are the benefits of signing up an account with emannashop.com?

Membership is free and you will be able to enjoy reward points, members’ privilege discounts, informed of new products, sales items and faster checkout when you sign up an account with us.

Will I be able to view the price of the product in my home currency?

On the checkout page, the default pricing is in SGD and the conversion rate will depend on your issuing credit card company used on the transaction.

What are the modes of payment in the checkout cart?

The store accepts Visa, Master, AMEX, Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and PayNow. All transactions for the above payment methods are secure and encrypted.

If you would like to pay by PayNow, please choose Bank Deposit as mode of payment. After placing your order, you will be advised on the payment details. Please message or email us at enquiry@emannashop.com if you have any other queries.

How can I enjoy the Discount?

You will be able to enjoy the discounted price if a discount code has been given to you. In order to enjoy the discount during checkout, please remember to key in the discount code in the Discount box which will be shown prior to payment.

Please note that no extra shop discount will be given for Beauty Collection as special product discounts are already given for this collection.

Why is "shipping calculated at next step" shown during checkout when it is free shipping?

Enjoy Free Shipping in Singapore for all purchased products in shop.

For International Shipping, enjoy Free Shipping for all purchased products except for Beauty and Health & Wellness Collections. Customers who are interested to purchase our Beauty, Health & Wellness products will incur shipping charges, custom & tax charges depending on your country regulation. Please note that the system will not allow you to check out if you order any product from Beauty or Health & Wellness Colleciton. Please contact us for the shipping arrangement before placing the order.

How do I know when my order has been processed?

Your order will be processed within 24 hours and you will receive an email confirmation. 

After I received confirmation of my order, when will the items be delivered to me?

When your items are ready for shipment, you will be notified accordingly by email.

The estimated delivery time ranges from 3 to 24 business days, subject to custom clearance and postal delivery service of your country. Please expect some delay for peak seasons and unforeseen circumstances, which are beyond our control.

For international shipping, please note you will be responsible for any applicable custom fees, import duties, taxes or any other charges regulated by your country.

Singapore :          3 - 5 business days (Beauty, Health & Wellness Products)

                            10 - 16 business days (All Other Products)

Other Countries : 14 - 24 business days (All Products)

Will I be able to track my order?

Yes, you will receive an email on the shipping confirmation as soon as your items are shipped out.

You will be able to track your order with the tracking number and the estimated date of delivery provided to you. 

Some products were displayed in your store earlier but I could not find them now?

We refresh our products on a regular basis and they could be out of stock items or no longer available in our shop. For items that are out of stock, they will be displayed in the shop when they become available.

For items that are no longer available in our shop and you would like to purchase them, you can use the Contact Us Form or email enquiry@emannashop.com and we will be glad to make a special order for you. Please note that we are constantly offering new products, so check them out when you visit our shop.
