Customer Satisfaction is 100% guarantee in our store. If you are not happy with your purchase, here's the guide to assist you in returning the product.
- Return request should be raised within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- Product should be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all the tags and original packaging intact, including a receipt as proof of purchase.
- Please Contact Us or email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org and provide the following details such as your name, date of purchase, order number and reason for return. We shall advise you at the earliest with details of return shipping process & mailing address prior to returning the item.
Once your returned item is received and inspected and in good order, you will be notified by email on the refund process.
We seek your understanding that the shipping costs will be absorbed by the buyer for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
